Independent research meant that I could manage my own time. Doing this project meant I wanted to be delve as deep as possible into the community and culture I was researching. 

I was set to learn Spanish, to befriend architects, and most importantly to learn about the queer culture of Mexico City. I experienced tremendous cultural and natural beauties of the country.
